Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP advised Zave Networks in connection with its acquisition by Google Inc. The transaction, which closed September 2, came on the heels of Google's announcement of plans to bring its ultra high speed Google Fiber network to Zave's home base of Kansas City, Kansas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Zave Networks is a leading digital incentive and information management company, which was founded in 2006. Zavers allow consumers to receive paperless coupons through mobile and online channels and redeem them at the cash register.
