Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP advised Entertainment Properties Trust in connection with its offer to exchange $250 million of 7.750% Senior Notes due 2020 that were issued in a private placement for an equal principal amount of its 7.750% Senior Notes due 2020, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The transaction closed on June 22, 2011.
