Henry Provides Comments to Orlando Sentinel on University of Central Florida's IRS Audit

The Internal Revenue Service has been scrutinizing financial data for public and private colleges nationwide as part of a large-scale review of nonprofit agencies. The University of Central Florida is one of more than 30 colleges the IRS has been auditing to see whether colleges are dodging their tax burdens. For legal perceptive, the Orlando Sentinel spoke to Stinson Partner Wayne Henry.

Henry, whose experience encompasses nonprofit organizations and previously served as a government trial attorney for the IRS, anticipates that the IRS will fine-tune its enforcement procedures and collect millions of dollars in back taxes as a result of these audits.
