The March edition of the ESI Report featured Don Ramsay, Stinson Morrison Hecker business litigation attorney, along with Rhea Frederick and Gina Jytyla of Kroll Ontrack. The group discussed how to successfully tackle document review projects in order to increase cost-effectiveness and strengthen defensibility.

Ramsay, a member of the firm's eSpark team, focuses his practice primarily on e-discovery for business litigation. He consults with and advises clients and other attorneys in their planning for e-discovery, implementing litigation holds, and collecting electronic documents for discovery. He has also set up and managed numerous large electronic document reviews and productions using a variety of search and review tools, local and national vendors, and a variety of processes and practices.
