Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP is proud to host "Diversifying Executive Leadership: The Female Talent Pipeline" Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Stinson's Kansas City office. The event is being presented by win|win Best Practices.
Kathy Hopinkah Hannan, Managing Partner of Diversity and Corporate Responsibility at KPMG, is the featured speaker. Following her presentation, attendees will discuss best practices and lessons learned in diversifying executive leadership.
In 2010, Stinson became a supporting sponsor of win|win, a campaign spearheaded by The Central Exchange to increase gender diversity at the top of area companies. The campaign’s goal is “20 x 15," meaning 20 percent of boards and executive positions will be held by women by 2015. The initiative is based on the strong business case that meaningful gender diversity at the top is correlated to higher growth, innovation and profitability.
