Annual Ethics for Good Seminar Features Stinson Attorneys

Featured speakers at the Kansas Bar Foundation's Ethics For Good XIII seminar will include Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP Managing Partner Mark Hinderks, co-founder of this benefit series, and Stinson Partner Todd LaSala.

Ethics For Good XIII features five attorneys and two judges from the Kansas Court of Appeals. This annual seminar is all about educating lawyers on professional responsibility and doing good with the proceeds from the program benefiting local charities.

Ethics for Good's designated charities for 2012 are:

• CASA (Johnson/Wyandotte Counties)
• Safehome and Hope House (domestic violence programs)
• Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA)
• Kansas Bar Foundation
• In addition, they will fund Ethics for Good Scholarships to each of the University of Kansas, Washburn University and University of Missouri–Kansas City Law Schools and the Johnson County Community College paralegal program.

The program is approved for 2.0 CLE credit hours, including 2.0 ethics and professionalism credit hours pending in Kansas and Missouri.
