Nathan Endrud provides insightful counsel to clients on transactional and regulatory compliance matters, with a focus on the energy industry. He regularly helps clients arrange transactions to buy and sell electricity, natural gas, and other physical commodities, major assets and equipment, equity interests, and professional and commercial services.
Nathan regularly advises clients regarding project development issues with respect to energy infrastructure and other complex development projects, including preparation, negotiation, and implementation of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for traditional and renewable electric generation facilities, transmission lines, and natural gas pipelines. He also routinely advises clients regarding compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's regulation of swaps, futures, commodity options, and other derivatives. In addition, Nathan has significant experience advising clients on matters involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other federal and state agencies.
