Megan joined Stinson Morrison Hecker in 2007 as an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Division. She has experience in a broad range of business litigation, including products liability defense and construction litigation. Megan also has assisted in defending employers against claims of discrimination based on race, sex, age, disability and religion; claims of retaliation and common law retaliatory discharge; and claims of violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act and Kansas Wage Payment Act.
