Lisa is a member of the firm's Real Estate Division and concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and general business law. Lisa represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, leasing and financing. She has extensive experience structuring, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, loan and security agreements, like-kind exchange agreements, commercial leases (office, retail, ground and industrial), easement agreements and subdivision indentures. Lisa also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial financing transactions, including construction financing.

Representative Experience

Counsel to a multi-national corporation in connection with its assemblage and acquisition of over 3,000 acres of land.
Counsel to a commercial real estate company in connection with the sale of its portfolio of over 60 shopping centers located throughout the United States.
Negotiation of leases on behalf of regional and national shopping center tenants.
Counsel to owners and developers of shopping centers throughout the United States.
Counsel to borrowers in connection with construction loans, permanent loans, conduit loans and franchise loans.
Counsel to lenders in connection with loan origination.
