Overview

Lindsey has extensive experience working with individuals and families, and their professional advisors, to craft comprehensive estate plans, draft and negotiate prenuptial agreements, and counsel on tax planning and charitable giving issues. Lindsey's experience ranges from assisting young families to memorialize their wishes, to advising high net worth families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, asset protection solutions, and preserving and transferring wealth to future generations. Lindsey enjoys educating and guiding clients through the intricacies of their plans. Clients appreciate Lindsey's ability to explain trust complexities in a manner that is easy to comprehend.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey practiced family law in Chicago, focusing on matters related to divorce, adoptions and prenuptial agreements. Lindsey's training as a qualified mediator also makes her uniquely positioned to help clients navigate difficult transitions and life events.

Lindsey is committed to pro bono work, working closely with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri assisting low income individuals in the community with estate planning.
