Larry serves as business litigation and employment law counsel to clients in a broad range of industries. In the business litigation arena Larry has substantial experience in defending lender/loan servicer liability claims, disputes arising out of the purchase and sale of businesses, and consumer litigation, including defense of class actions. His employment practice includes representation of clients in federal and state courts and administrative agencies on employment discrimination, wrongful termination, non-compete and trade secret litigation, as well as counseling clients on a myriad of employment issues.
