Lara Page represents commercial and institutional lenders in a wide variety of financing transactions, with a focus on secured lending and structured financing. Much of Lara’s practice is concentrated on the financing of affordable housing projects, renewable energy projects and construction loans, as well as other commercial term and revolving credit facilities, syndicated and participated facilities and letters of credit. Lara also has significant experience in complex corporate and financial structuring and restructuring, private equity fund administration, entity formation and governance and other corporate transactional matters. Prior to joining Stinson Leonard Street LLP, Lara practiced in the New York office of White & Case LLP, representing clients in a wide range of corporate transactional matters. During law school, Lara served as an intern in the Special Prosecutions Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office, as well as in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
