Kris Farnen, a litigation partner, is Stinson’s Practice Group Leader for e-Spark™, Stinson’s multidisciplinary group of attorneys and other professionals who spark new ways of thinking about issues affecting our clients in the world of “all things information.” This includes the world of e-Discovery, e-Compliance and e-Document management. Kris combines her business background with her litigation expertise in her representation of clients in complex, document intensive, multi-district commercial litigation. She has led parallel investigations, agency proceedings and complex litigation. She also advises clients on information governance.
Kris currently serves as discovery and e-Discovery counsel for several Fortune 100 and other privately-held clients. She has served as the partner-in-charge of Stinson Morrison Hecker’s technology for over 20 years and worked with its IT and Records Management group to create one of the legal professions’ first client matter centric electronic document management structure.
