Ken is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Division with an emphasis on commercial mortgage loan securitization and asset-backed financing. He represents a large commercial bank and its affiliate, which is one of the nation's largest servicers of commercial and multi-family mortgage loans, in connection with their conduit lending program, whole loan sales and loan securitization transactions. He provides third-party legal opinions for lending and other corporate transactions for existing clients and as local counsel in multi-state transactions. He also advises clients in a variety of other commercial and corporate matters. He has extensive experience in representing banks and commercial finance companies in documenting secured lending transactions involving a variety of collateral types including real estate, development of loan forms, letter of credit and other banking forms, documentation of loan modifications and work outs, and advising lenders with respect to compliance of new loan programs with state consumer credit and related laws.
