Kelly Daly has extensive experience representing natural gas, electric and oil industry participants in corporate and transactional matters and regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Federal Appellate Courts. Kelly also represents entities with interests in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) before the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and parties involved in complex business and professional liability litigation before the state and federal courts. Kelly gained her initial experience in white collar crime at her clerkship in the Criminal Division, Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the Department of Justice. She began her energy practice as an Attorney Advisor to the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the FERC. For more than a decade, Kelly served on the Executive Committee of the North American Energy Standards Board, has been consistently listed in Best Lawyers in America for Energy Law since 2007 and was recognized in Public Utilities Fortnightly's list of the Top 25 Utility Lawyers.
