Judy is a registered patent attorney whose practice involves all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. She has prepared and/or prosecuted hundreds of patent applications for complex technologies and has significant experience in the preparation of patentability, non-infringement and invalidity opinions. Judy has also prepared and negotiated numerous intellectual property agreements, including patent license agreements, technology transfer agreements and software development agreements.
