Jennifer M. Moyer

• Representation of clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestures including the negotiation of merger agreements and ancillary documentation.
• Representation of publicly-held companies with respect to general compliance, registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Act of 1934, respectively.
• Representation of publicly-held companies with respect to general compliance under listing rules and regulations, including corporate governance rules, promulgated by various securities exchanges such as NASDAQ and NYSE.
• Representation of servicers engaged in commercial mortgage securitization under Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae programs. 

While in law school, Jennifer received the Iowa College of Law Appellate Advocacy Award. She was a finalist in the Van Oosterhout-Baskerville Moot Court Competition, a member of the National Moot Court Team, and served as second-vice chairperson for the Moot Court Executive Board. During her final year of law school, Jennifer presented oral arguments in a moot case before the Iowa Supreme Court. In addition to her work with the Appellate Advocacy Program, she also was a staff writer for the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice.

Prior to attending law school, Jennifer served as a science research associate in the Legislative Research Unit of the Illinois General Assembly.
