Jeff, a University of Minnesota Law School and MBA graduate, has practiced law in Arizona as a business attorney since 1982. Jeff represents several Arizona and national banks and financial institutions in all types of transactions including commercial real estate loans, asset-based lending, factoring, corporate finance, aircraft finance and syndicated real estate and business loans. He has worked with national leasing companies in equipment leasing including jet aircraft leases. He has extensive experience in enforcing loan and lease obligations. Jeff is also a business generalist with significant experience representing entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate, partnership and limited liability company formation and governance, business mergers and acquisitions, general business transactions and in real estate development and leasing.
