Jeff's focus has been in business litigation while with Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP. In particular, he has represented a major automotive finance company in consumer class action litigation concerning the terms of leases and acted as statewide counsel for defense of consumer claims involving wrongful repossession, odometer fraud and violation of state consumer protection statutes. He has also represented a major telecommunications corporation in a class action lawsuit alleging breach of contract and fraud and defended numerous commercial cases alleging breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Jeff has handled several appeals involving both common law and constitutional issues arising from commercial transactions.
