Jake Hecker, an associate trial lawyer in the firm's Phoenix office, concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation. His emphasis is on business, tort, contract, franchise, commercial finance, real estate, and securities litigation matters. Jake has experience in both state and federal civil trial courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums such as the American Arbitration Association and private mediation and arbitration. He has represented various clients such as financial institutions, international franchisors, lenders, commercial developers and other real estate agencies, real estate investors, commercial property owners, title and escrow companies, national retailers, national retail grocery store chains, contractors, health care providers, alternative energy companies, as well as various other corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Jake has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including pre-litigation, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice and oral argument, settlement negotiation, trial preparation and trial.
