Heather S. Woodson

Heather has been involved in a variety of cases in her more than 20 years with the firm. She has tried cases in federal and state courts in both Kansas and Missouri, including claims of product liability, personal injury, commercial fraud, tortious interference, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, race, age and disability discrimination and retaliatory discharge. 

Representative Experience

In recent years, Heather has represented:

• A major aircraft manufacturer as liaison counsel for multidistrict litigation involving claims of wrongful death and personal injury arising out of multiple airplane crashes.
• An international corporation in state court litigation involving alleged wrongful death from exposure to trace benzene.
• An international manufacturer of farm and construction equipment in multiple state and federal cases involving claims of wrongful death, personal injury and property damage.
• An international pharmaceutical company in antitrust litigation involving the settlement of a patent case.
