Ethan regularly advises clients in all aspects of entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, owner and contract disputes, restructuring, corporate governance, joint ventures, Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, consulting, licensing, development and vendor agreements, and other general corporate matters. For certain clients without in-house lawyers, Ethan also acts as outside general counsel. Ethan currently serves as Chair of the firm's Private Equity Practice Group.
