Don serves as counsel for a number of local and regional privately held companies. In that capacity, he regularly advises on issues of corporate governance and he handles multifaceted legal issues confronting small to medium size companies, both in and out of court. Additionally, by virtue of his specialization in the area of employment law, he routinely represents these clients as well as a number of additional clients in connection with their human resource issues. In these dual capacities, Don has handled a variety of business-related litigation with an emphasis on litigation defending against claims of employees and former employees. In addition to litigating employment issues, he has considerable experience advising employers in connection with all forms of employment related legal issues that are not related to litigation. He regularly advises and litigates in connection with non-compete, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements.
