Ann Jenrette-Thomas is the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Stinson Leonard Street. She guides the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives and institutes best practices and training for attorneys and staff throughout the firm's 13 U.S. offices. Ann works with firm leadership, the board of directors and the diversity committee to grow a culture that values all backgrounds and perspectives and to incorporate successful diversity strategies in the firm's strategic planning. She is committed to organizational and individual excellence.
Before joining the firm, Ann was an attorney, coach, consultant and facilitator. She has consulted with leaders in many industries to develop and administer diversity and inclusion programs that enhanced recruitment, retention and promotion of diverse candidates. She also coached and trained employees on diversity issues in the workplace.
