Cicely represents clients in litigation in state and federal courts in Missouri, Illinois and elsewhere throughout the country. Cicely has significant experience in the areas of contracts, torts, employment and consumer laws. She has represented clients in litigation involving disputes related to employment contracts, executive compensation, stock option plans, noncompetition and confidentiality agreements, and trade secret issues. On behalf of a public school board of education, Cicely secured the distribution of $2.5 million in funds improperly withheld by the state collector of revenue, and on behalf of a public school district, she researched and prepared pleadings to obtain a state court TRO. She also represented the interests of the City of St. Louis and the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority in connection with issues involving the Missouri Gaming Commission.
