Blythe joined the firm in 2002 and currently practices in the Real Estate Division. She works with clients, including developers, lenders, property owners, tenants, brokers and municipalities to negotiate and close real estate acquisitions, sales and leases as well as other contract matters. Her experience includes development and redevelopment projects focusing on the use of incentives such as tax increment financing. Her practice also focuses on general corporate matters as well as mergers and acquisitions.
